The Document Download Site will be completely renewed on September 19, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. (Japan time). We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the temporary service interruption required for the renewal work. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
We would like to inform you of the improvements resulting from this renewal as well as the precautions to be taken as the renewal approaches.
Improvements resulting from the renewal
This renewal will result in the following improvements.

- Supports various browsing environments on computers, tablets, and smartphones
- Provides a completely redesigned UI that is user-friendly, easy-to-view, and intuitive
- Offers a completely enhanced search engine that improves usability of searching and filtering and search accuracy
- Makes it easy to search using the three parameters of keyword, document category, and product category
- Eliminates regular service downtime to offer a basic 24 hour a day service
Precautions: For users before the renewal
Request to reset password (only for the first login to the new service)
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to users before the renewal, but before you log in for the first time after the renewal on September 19, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., please reset your password by following the procedures below.
- Because email authentication is required to reset your password, you will not be able to log in if your currently registered email address is not up to date. If you are unable to log in, please re-register as a new member.
Information on automatic cancellation of provisionally registered memberships
Members who do not complete their membership registration by Friday, September 8, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. (i.e., those who have not completed their registration by clicking on the URL for official registration in the email sent to those who are provisionally registered as members) will not have their membership information transferred to the new service and will have their provisional membership canceled.
In such a case, please re-register as a new member.
Migration of FAQs (frequently asked questions)
The FAQs in Fe Library before the renewal will be transferred to the new site. Please refer to the following pages as necessary:
