Search by keyword
Search for documents using a keyword such as the product type (model) or document title.
This search method is recommended if you can remember specific words you want to search for such as the product name or document name.
Enter the keyword you want to search for in the entry field to start the search.
You can also refine the search by entering several keywords separated by a space, or by filtering by document category or by product category.
Search by product category
You can gradually refine the search by product category using the product category hierarchy list from category to subcategory, subsubcategory, and series.
A list of documents for each product category will display. This search method is recommended if you want to roughly check what kind of documents are available for each product.
Use the product category navigation area on the left of the screen to drill down through the category hierarchy. This will provide a list that you can view of documents in each product category and for the target product.
Search by document category
Catalogs, Manuals, Technical documents
After selecting a document category such as catalogs, manuals, CAD data & outline drawings, you can perform a refined search using the product category and keywords.
This search method is recommended if you do not precisely know the name of the product or document.
Select and search for the desired document category or type of document.
If you know the product category, use the product category hierarchy list to refine the search.
CAD data & outline drawings, Semiconductor data sheets
When searching "CAD data & outline drawings" and "Semiconductor data sheets" by document category, selecting the product subcategories may display the "Filter by product specifications" menu. This menu can be used to refine the search using the displayed specification items.
Selecting the document category and then drilling down through the category hierarchy will display the "Filter by product specifications" menu below the product category navigation area.
Selecting the check box for items with known specifications will further refine the search results.
